Boundary Survey services are priced out based on how long we will need to complete the field work. This fee includes the office administration, the logistics/dispatching of field crews and drafting services required to complete any survey for our customers. For reference: 0-.5acre typical boundary would requires at least 2 hours to complete in field then uploaded to the office for completion of building out the data into a usable Survey for your mortgage closing or Permit.
